hi, i stopped setting my alarm a fair bit ago but nearly got burgled other day so started using it again. it all works fine apart from i have no timed entry to main door alarm is going off straight away and cant find how to create a timed zone on site(lost instructions) can anyone help, , paul.

its an engineering function you need an engineer to call - get them to service it at the same time.

Could be a faulty door contact if that is your !st point of entry ??

frony door contact is stopping closed when door opening and the hall sensor is setting alarm off as it would be programed as entry route,, need new door contact fitting to entry door

dont have a hall sensor it is the door that sets it off

sound like it has lost the prog and gone back to default

but ? default puts zone 1 to rntry exit ?

is door on zone 1 ?

OR is a room door open and pir seeing you Dose the E/E time start when you open the door (before you walk in ) or is it straght into alarm sa soon as door is opend ??
