hi there i need help with my veritas 8 alarm system, after recently moving to this address i have found there is no manuals/instructions for my alarm. i have downloaded a user manual from the net but its only limited information, i need to set an entry exit time to my entry exit as it goes straight into full alarm upon entry to my house, can anyone out there help?????

To do what you want, (change the programming) an engineer code is needed, I guess you don't have that either so I'm afraid an engineer is the only real option. He will need to default the engineer code etc etc to allow a new code / programming.

Engineer manuals unfortunately are not available to members of the public on this site.

I would suggest however that you try the other ways in/out of your property to see if one of them is the entry/exit route. The previous owner might not have used the front door, always gone through the door to the garage, back door? Just a suggestion.
