  Is the system wired in Pyro?? If so check connections entering panel

 

 

but really  you should really push for upgrade, done alot of work on these panels and find when faults like this start appearing and you clear them (by not replacing motherboard) after a few weeks/months they will be back. The next fault to appear will be an eeprom fault I expect. 

 

Great panel but like everything time has caught up with it.
