Take it you fitted capacitors you can get random tampers some times if not used

No I've rarely ever used them and I don't use them with the new iD chips - this install had a number of plug-in iD chips in some old Optex PIRs and I don't think the panel liked them.

Are you using MS nodes? We have had similar problems as yourself and have found there is a link on MS nodes (link 3)

that needs to be on and if not will cause ramdom tamper faults.

yes have 1 MS node did'nt fit link at first but have changed the panel since fitting link and had factory restarts ??

What did technical help line advise you to do !! not fit a G3 ?? Well have to admit that the panel has now been in for 5 days now and no problems the people where away from Fri > Mon and all OK thank goodness but I dread the call to say they had a tamper fault !! and what do I fit next upgrade that has a lot of vipers on 1 zone (don't have enough hair left to do that again )
