Not installed or uninstalled anything recently.

Using XP.

it's been there on startup for a while now, but only realised a problem when i came to print and wanted to adjust settings ???

Problem is i don't know what ( soft wrap file error 1 ) means so i can't fix it.

Tried an upgrade of XP, made no difference.
