Hi

The alarm arms/disarms correctly but the strobe flashes continuously in both states. I have tried the factory reset no joy, removed the strobe and 0v connection it stops but therefore no strobe, any suggestions on a remedy which would keep the stobe working correctly.

what happens if you just reconect the ov ?

One of my customers phoned me today at about 17:15 with the same fault as above.

He is not on Maintenance so advised i would call out tomorrow to check / repair for our normal callout fee.

LOL the answer i got was " i am a pensioner you know, i am not paying that much for you to come out " PS: i quoted
