Please can somebody help me!!

I'm doing a digi takeover on a caslecare-tech 1600 and am having a few problems. I have reprogrammed the whole alarm system,

and everything seems to be working fine except I get an F5 on the display, I understand this is a comms fault I have replaced the

chip in the digi with a standard chip from the alarm recieving centre. Am I going to have to programme my own chip specifically

for this panel? If so can someone explain step by step on how I go about programming a abacus chip blower to the required spec

for the castlecare-tech 1600 panel.

F5 on the display, I understand this is a comms fault

I think you will find that F5 = Line Fault

Someone told me I was ignorant and apathetic, I don't know what that means, nor do I care.
