I have completed a DIY install of an Accenta Gen4 mini panel with 1 RKP. Anyway, I have powered up the panel, completed all the tests as described in the engineers manual and everything works as it is supposed to. I have set up program 1 as the full set which is activated when I set the alarm system.

The problem comes when I try to activate the part set program.

For the part set program it is basically the same as program 1, but with one upstairs PIR set to unused, and the exit mode disabled. When I follow the instructions for setting the part set program from the RKP it won't allow it.

To set a part set program:

Type in user code to arm system

Exit beep sounds

press the PROG key to change program set (press the button but nothing happens)

System arms in program 1 state.

I have been through the engineers manual and user guide numerous times but I can't see what is wrong but have to assume it something wrong with the programming as the PROG button works at other times (ie. to access the programming functions). Any advice would be greatly appreciated - and if more info is reuired please let me know
