When Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone I doubt that he ever envisaged that they would evolve into what they are today.

I am sure he would be bewildered at the multiple options available on a little push button keypad,however with a manual I am sure that he would muddle through the minefield that only "profesionals" claim to be able to understand.

We far too much today live in a world where people stand by and watch someone dying of a heart attack but ,even though trained, are unwilling to assist just incase they break the guys rib during CPR and end up on the wrong side of a law suit.

Sometimes when you see a genuine request for help you have to

So thanks to them I managed to complete the difficult and dangerous mission of pressing a few buttons in the correct sequnce.

I have now sorted the panel,sorted the mouse and yes ......... sorted the wife ,well it is nearly xmas

Thanks for your intrest ,Panel didn't need repair only a reset after loss of memory.

Women DO have a reset button but I cant find it I have been looking since I was sixteen Unfortunately I dont have a manual for her either

The only reason for my post is i presume you programmed the panel after loss of memory?? This may happen often with the paragon plus in the future so think about a decent panel for future.
