I have recently moved house and aquired a windsor 500 chubb alarm. I've got all the manuals for the system and have crashed the user codes. It has a pin of the day so even if i crash it, it only resets the code back to what it was that day. So i take it there isnt a way of truely defaulting it. Thanks, kev.
