Just wanted to thank everyone for their assistance and advice.

Eventually upgraded to a Veritas R8 (please don't now tell me it's not an UPgrade) with existing sensors and bell box, and took out service agreement. Unfortunately, although siren(s) all work OK, outside strobe has failed. Don't know if it was still working before the Engineer arrived, or if it died during new installation!! Anyway, decided against anoth
