hello i put my alarm on from the mains and pressed everything and then i found out the noise was comming from the keypad i pressed everything and then the noise was still comming then i looked outside the bell box was flashing. wot shall i do as i have got tenants moving in september by the way its a OPTIMA COMPACT G3 control panel.

Not being silly, but get an engineer in from a local firm and get a maintenance contract. This is business?

If you're a landlord any tenant will want a properly-maintained burglar alarm.

Ideally get a better system and have it monitored; that range is generally considered as being for DIY or bells-only use so probably isn't suitable/acceptable for a monitored system.
