We are having big problems with our X-vision software and we are currently unable to provide security because of this issue.

The software is the XVISPROSW running with a 800V2 card or a 8port V2.

I searched on here and found the TDVR8 Net Software but I don't think this is it and have found nothing else.

System was bought off of AV3, there doesn't seem to be any support from X-vision so I am getting worried.

Peter from Xvision here, can you PM me your details and I will ask one of our distributors to contact you. The product you have mentioned is around 4 years old, do you have the original CD that came with the card?
