These seem familiar from long ago... remote keypad designated 625, inside stickers shows 625UK-00 Panel designated 602, inside sticker shows 602UK-00. My guess would be the Scantronic 9600 control panel where the model of the remote keypad was 9625. Great panel in it's day.
