Tried full set, part set, changing all the PIR batteries etc to no avail. i had heard that this was a very good panel , seems not , is it saying that the signal is been blocked, lost or overpowered jammed etc ? I owuld be looking for whats changed in or arround your house, unfortunately with a radio system a lot can effect it, without getting an engineer in to check the system and doing a new radio survey, its going to be hard to diagnose the fault. Best advice get the installer back in.
