This is my first time posting so please be gentle - I have just moved into a property with a Accenta 8, I tried changing the user 1 set code and have ended up not being able to set the alarm at all

I have tried activating the user 2 code - no joy, the only saving grace is I have the engineers code (which is what got me into trouble in the first place)

I'd like to do a factory reset and start again from scratch - Is this advisible, or does someone know some magic keystroke that will make this better? I'd be grateful for some advice

With the later Accenta you can change the user code using the engineer code. Press Prog enter Engineer code then press 8 (leds 1 to 4 should be then lit )

press 1 to change user code 1

press 2 to change user code 2

enter the new user code then press reset three times.
