Does anyone have any experience installing or maintaining Ademco's Syphony-i keypad? I am a first-time home security system buyer and am intrigued by the interface. I mostly am concerned with clarity and simplicity of function(for my family members) and reliability of course. I am having trouble finding any reviews of the Symphony-i. Please comment...

Are you from the US? As I have never seen a Symphony in the UK, and its not listed on the Ademco Microtech UK website.

In the UK we use the Mark 7 keypads with the galaxy range and the icon with the accord XPC.

there areno immediate plans for this keypad to be marketed in the uk - according to the ademco/microtech/honeywell rep - although it is a damn sexy piece of kit
