Looking to fit CCTV but need to mount under the roof eves - House is 2 story, will the picture quality be any good

on any of these? wireless would be easier but are they any good? or can someone suggest a better purchase.

i personally would stay away from that sort of kit from a proffessionals point of view. because they are what are called line fed cameras and will not be easily compatible for dvrs

they are designed to plug in via a scart plug into the back of the television not a dvr.

try this camera type instead.

Liked the idea of it recording straight onto SD media which is so cheap today, but do like the look of the second unit you have provided link for - its mainly for daytime use while we are at work so would probably connect to a pc or old vcr located in the loft.

I think you will find they are not line fed cameras, but a CMOS camera power and video connected seperatly down a multicore, Line fed cameras use power and video along the coax.

oh cheers for that explanation i thought they were classed as line fed
