Hi all, just found this forum and thought I'd best say hello before asking for help, only polite as I see it, so hi to everyone. I'm a self employed sparkie that's done a few alarm systems over the years, but I'm also a bit of a fun loving type so is there a place for a laugh in here ?

Don't know why , but I have a feeling that admitting to being a sparkie may have been a bad idea , and as for the male / female thing , I've found it best to keep quiet on that till I get to know people a bit better ( can't find a hide behind the sofa smiley ) , but thanks all for the warm welcome

Are there any benefits from becoming a full trade member ? , I thought I'd have to be SSAIB regd to get that status and as most of the stuff I do is as part of an electrical job I haven't bothered with that . Used to do alarms full time till the company I worked for went bust
