Anyone have a replacement? hi AKAACK, if the keypad is not worn out, it might be the main panel has just locked up, like where Windows leads others follow our stock questions will be has it been serviced recently, and has the battery been tested/swapped out by an engineer? we don't advise you to open your system boxes due to rik of lethal voltages causing a shock, but might just need down powering and back up again and a new battery instaled, if your not safely competent, best to call an engineer and it may be a simple repair. i'm sure one of us will know that panel (but i don't) and they will be the best to advise you. regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
