February 5, 200719 yr comment_148878 I have an alrm installed but I dont know what type it is , all it says on the box is Optima , it looks pretty dated . Since I moved in I've never used it but after reading the forum it sounds like it may need a new battery as I switched the power off the other day and the bell started rining . Does anyone know what type of Optima it may be ? I had one in my house for a while, logic 4 was key or membrane. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Life is like a box of chocolates, some bugger always gets the nice ones! February 5, 200719 yr comment_148989 i thought the logic was key based too. The optima was the keypad version. I'm talking 17 years ago, pre optima Logic was browny blacky membrane with orangey lines I think. Twos dropped pretty quick for the rubbery button type because of the **** membrane that broke on all of them. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Life is like a box of chocolates, some bugger always gets the nice ones!
