Having just got a SD1+ speech dialer i find the telephone cable is missing - it says in the manual that the cable is a std bt plug and shows red and white cable coming from the plug and joined to the panel by stripping and screwing into position,

i have bought an extension but there are 4 colours -RED -BLACK- GREEN-YELLOW

NO white which is the white please ta

If you have bought a standard extension lead, you need the outside 2 wires. Don't worry about the colours.
