Hi can someone pls help me stop driving my neighbours mad. We've bought a house, not too sure how old the alarm is but for no aparant reason we are getting false alarms. I have no idea how to work the damm dinosaur of an alarm to stop it from ringing. Can't switch off the mains as the battery back up is still working....

Any help/instruction manual would be great. Tried ringing the no. on the bell box but now is a residential number..........live in Runcorn, Cheshire.

I've never heard of a BSX-84 ,it could be a re-badged common panel, what does it look like?.(key or digi-pad leds/lcd etc)

You could find a local engineer to service it , or maybe update it for you.

Just get your yellow pages out and ring round for some quotes, alternatly post your location (not address you,ve just posted your alarm doesnt work :lol: )

there maybe somone local on here.
