Has anyone used Adeva's Cam 8 camera system? (yes I know Adeva is no more!)

I need to do a quote for a bungalow that wants 3 cameras. Records only when they are out or at night using a standard video recorder. The system above has built in movement sensors (In the cameras that is) That trigger the Cam 8 to record.

I have used this system once in the past but had a number of problems with it after a number of power cuts. (I think it got spiked)

Has any one else used this system in the past? If so what are your thoughts.

Or can you recomend a simmilar system that you use with sucess.( a link as to where I can get it would be helpfull as well)
