currently quoting maintenance contract for tunstall warden call probably piper haven in most cases. have not dealt with tunstall before and have heard parts difficult to obtain from them. does anyone have any advise please. mickmc.

Used to service them for a local council had to rely on Tunstall to come out with spares

Not sure what they are like now. That job was about 10 years ago

Smoke detectors were a pain in the "a//*//" Connected to fire system and Tunstall units at same time

Was so central control could tell when fire alarm went off they knew which flat as well.

The company i used to work for had the same problem as sparky, its a bit of a closed shop.
