January 15, 200719 yr comment_144072 Why is it I can view my pico over the network using PCanywhere or windows remote but my new 404H card when viewed cannot see the images but can see everything else. Is it because my new card is hardware encoded ??? January 15, 200719 yr Author comment_144076 Thanks for the response. The card is from obsolete stock and is no longer supported. I have already spoken to supplier. just seems strange how I can remote view and operate but cannot see camera images. January 16, 200719 yr comment_144444 I've seen this problem as well. I ended up reinstalling the software and making sure it didn't use overlay mode. It could be a graphics driver issue on the machine, it is possible as I've seen this as well trying to do something screen was totally black yet everything else worked fine, updated drivers worked fine. I'd make sure your running the latest DirectX and the latest driver issue (or maybe 1 that's a revision or 2 behind that), if it's an ATi graphics card I would definatly check this, only time I've had problems are with ATi's and minor issues with they way some software "writes" to the card :| Intruder / CCTV / Access Control Technical Support Personal Subscriber to the "K.I.S.S" principle, that's Keep It Simple Stupid, are you?
