Can anyone help?

I've recently moved into a new flat and the last thing left to fix is the alarm system (Scantronic 4600). I've tried the previous owner/estate agent but to no avail and the company who installed the alarm have since stopped trading.

I'd be grateful if anyone could send me a user manual (all I've managed to find so far is the brochure - I already know what the damn thing looks like!) so i can have a crack at getting it working again.
