I too need a copy of the user manual for an OLD version of the Veritas (the one where you enter 00 after the code to enter programming)

Can anyone help?

A customers kid knicked off with my copy and then when I asked for it back, she looked at me blank and said she didn't have it. SHE DID!!!

I appreciate this is a very old post, but I have exactly the same problem (a pre-2000 panel and only manuals for the post-2000 models).

Any chance you could email me the 2 manuals if you still have them?
