Hello all,

I recently purchased a VCL internal 5" colour / monochrome orbiter gold CCTV camera.

The camera I bought was second hand and came with no literature, so I am hoping you guys can give me a heads up.

I have connected power to the dome and get a good picture, but I can't get the PTZ funtions to work.

The controller I have outputs Pelco D 2400, and works fine on my other (different make) cameras.

I am not sure how to connect the serial data to the camera, or how the DIP switches need to be set for data type and camera address. There is a blue and yellow wire on the camera lead which I assume is for the serial data.

Any one have any ideas?

the bank of 8 dips set the address(all on for address 1)

the bank of 4 sets the protocol(2+4 on for pelco d 2400)
