Guest RickB Posted December 5, 2006 Share Posted December 5, 2006 I moved into my new house about 6 months ago, and it has a Galaxy 16 Plus alarm system fitted. We had a power cut yesterday and now it won't let me set the alarm, and the control panel comes up saying power failure. The green light is flashing slowly. So is it possible for me to reset this error, or do I need to get an engineer out? Also I don't know who installed or serviced the system, will this be a problem for an engineer.
