I moved into my new house about 6 months ago, and it has a Galaxy 16 Plus alarm system fitted.

We had a power cut yesterday and now it won't let me set the alarm, and the control panel comes up saying power failure.

The green light is flashing slowly.

So is it possible for me to reset this error, or do I need to get an engineer out?

Also I don't know who installed or serviced the system, will this be a problem for an engineer.

has the fuse blown to the panel?

is the MCB on, possibly dedicated circuit on the fuse board so other power will be unafected

possibly fuse in panel has blown, in which case an engineer is required.

That seems like a battery fault, slow you say actually might be a fuse, i hink a battery is a fast flash
