Hello - I've had a look here, but I can't find the above manual. Can anyone help? We bought our house and the previous owners took EVERYTHING with them (including the yellow pages, light bulbs and the alarm manual).

Intermittently our alarm makes noises (only the panel indoors) and a light for "24 hr" comes on. I don't know what this means!

Has anyone got any ideas? Any help muchly appreciated!

Assuming you have the code , and code arming is off:

To arm the system , press the house symbol , press the tick , and exit the premises.

To Part arm (night) press the half house symbol , press the tick , go to bed!.

To unset , enter code (2 tone beep is heard).

The 24hr fault could be a detector cover , the bell box tamper , the panel cover switch , or a damaged cable.Best to find a local installer to service/repair/replace the system.

^_^

Thanks very much for that - I wondered if the power supply was not constant. The faults seem to come in clusters - quite often around midnight :-(.

I'll see if I can get a local installer then.

cheers,
