Panel---------------Bell BELL + ----------- A(12v) BELL - ----------- B(bell) SAB1 RT --------- C(tamp) SAB1 0V --------- D(0V) STB - ------------ S(strb) I think that is the right way to connect that panel to the texecom bell.
