Ive install the camera listed above to the named DVR, I can get the 485 PTZ working but unable to access the on board camera menu. The two dil switches on board the camera are set to 99 (Pelco P 4800) ive tried 7B also. Can anybody shed some info as the merry go round Samsung & DM are making me lose the will to live.

Im using the 485 on the DVR so unable to enter any codes. The camera i/m using is the 2060 dome software v1.6
