This is the worst panel I,ve ever come across AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Garbage But as usual the customer wants to keep it right here we go been sent the manuals no probs reset the panel no probs I think because the customer code defaulted itself into 1234 but now it shows the faults and the trouble light is lit when i punch in *8 then engineer code it just gives me what sounds like an error tone even before I put the engineer code in when I punch in *8 it gives me an error bleep whats worse is I,m using an Icon Keypad from BG typical can anyone help because I,m getting fed up with it and would just find it easier to change the stupid thing THANX dave

I suspect its the still the same old British gas DSC panel, that we helped with previoulsy, Dave email with the code you are using, unless its a British Gas code it will not work and when defaulted the British Gas panels dont take on standard defaults.
