Assuming you have a network connection, which you should have on the DLR range, go to the SETUP menu and choose NETWORK SETTINGS(I am doing this from memory so I might be a little out on the phrases). Assign an IP address in the range that the customer has given you ie 192.168.xxx.xxx.

Then install the network viewer software on one of their PC's. If you need the download link let me know.

From the viewer software select ADD A SITE. Add the IP address for the site and select any password you may have, there is a default password that is in the manual.

Away you go.

Please note that there are actually three programmes in the viewer (RAS) software; admin, viewer and search. When you go to each programme you have to connect to the site you have set up each time as you can manage multiple sites from one package.
