Hi

I've got a Concept System - Advanced Microprocessor Control Alarm to maintain. Can anyone assist by either sending a copy of the manual or giving me the web address/contact details of the company?

This sounds like an old ADE panel. There is no manual on their web site but you could try their web based enquiry facility at www.ade.co.uk.

If no luck I may be able to send you a scanned copy - need to check if I still have one.

All programming is basically the same as the Optima XM4 . :)
