And also I do every thing that the Apprentice do when they go to collage and they get paid for doing it.

Depending on the company and training scheme they may get paid for sending you, hence their eagerness to do so.

steve, theres a shortage of decent engineers but there are few companies who can afford to pay your (or prepaired to your) wages whislt your learning?? sad but true
