Hi,

I have a problem with my Guardtec 300. I came home from work this evening and the red light in the alarm cover on the outside wall was flashing. Thats never happened before.

I put my pin number into the controll panel and the flashing stopped but all the lights are now flashing on the controll panel.

I'm guessing (hoping) that I need a user manual, which is why I have posted here, but if anyone out there can give me a bit of advice and point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

How do I get the flashing to stop, either inside or out? Is there something terminally wrong with my system?

The alarm was fitted to the house by the previous owner and there was no manual when I bought the house. I'm guessing but I would say that the system must be about 7 years old by now.

System requires reseting

Press button marked 'no'

observe what zone indicator is lit and find out why.

Enter you pin followed by yes then your pin again.

All lights should stop flashing and power and day will remain.
