morph Posted June 6, 2006 Share Posted June 6, 2006 I would suggest you contact the installer who installed the alarm and arrange for them to visit and reprogram the alarm. The details may be on the panel or the box outside. Alternatively get a local engineer to do it, without the code you will not be able to do anything yourself.
