//.National Installer.// wont release contract details. Dispute with existing cust.

Cust unsure of if its a owned or rented system. We wont touch if its rented, unless we throw it on the floor and leave it there. But as no access to contracts have advised customer to sort it with //.National Installer.//. URN we wanted to transfer to our ARC but when we talk to //.National Installer.// we get spun about.

Loads of variables here, we are considering walking away.

Any clearer?
