Relays And Terxecom Premier 48 Panel And 8xp Expander

can any one help me i have setup some relays to switch on some lights, i have wired them up to the outputs of texecom 8xp expander and have set the outputs as follows (activate on >Area (areas > 00 - Alarm > and set pulse 3 output attributes on the outputs, and in timer setup, configured Pulse 3 timer to 3 minutes. all looked fine but the relays do not switch does any one have any ideas??

have been told that my relays mite be to big for the panel to switch as the panel one gives out 100ma is the a way around this ??

have taken the relays out of a old alarm system also i have connected a battery and the work ok?

Have you assigned areas to the output,

Are you using Wintex or from Keypad

Find out how much the relays draw to fire the coil by using a multimeter, if its over 100ma then they can't be used on the expander, only way round it is to get a smaller relay to control the main relay

i will check it out and will let yuo know how i get on
