They can ar/disarm fine unless an entry/exit timer has started the I get the error "Sorry, code not allowed, use TAG". I know the answer is in the install manual somewhere but I just can't find it. On page one of the addendum, Texecom say this - "User Code Lockout During Entry The control panel now defaults to locking out all user codes during entry. I also looked at custom outputs and i can't find one that says 2,5. Any further advice? Assuming you have Issue number 4 of the installers manual, have a look at Page 63, that has a diagram showing Custom output 1, switches 1-8. Just edit custom output number 2, and set switch number 5 to "not used".
