Hi!

My name is Jeno (from Hungary) and we have this central unit installed.

The problem: zone 3 is blinking and we aren't able to reset it.

We haven't got any manual and cannot contact the installer.

Could you anybody help us? (sending a manual for example..)

the panel you have was manufatured in Hongkong there is several versions

ie 982-1 982-2 ect.

I am sorry I cannot help but if you contact them directly at www.aei-hongkong.com

to see if they can mail you a user manual.

Also one sugestion would be to enter the user code then press reset

or enter user code and then enter the user code again (ie on then off_

Zone 3 flashing sounds like you have had an activation and the panel has latched on.

Got an email from Jeno who tells me that AEI hongkong sent him a manual.

This must be one of the oddest enquiries that I have had

Just as well he got the manual, because you were going to a have a fight on your hands for the Callout
