Your going to struggle on this one, ATI where bought out by Protection One who where subsequently bought by //.National Installer.//. You also need the programming software to be able to do anything with it.

Do a search on the forum for Ati and you will see that this question has been asked a few times.

Best solution would be to update the system or get //.National Installer.// to look at it but I dont think they will support it know and would reccomend a new system. There are a few //.National Installer.// guys on the forum and they will be able to clarify this further.

I think you need a psion. Also it can not be reset after an activation without the reset code, i.e. can not be programmed as customer reset.
