May 11, 200620 yr comment_98671 I would be grateful if anyone could help me out with a problem. My dozy wife walked into our new house, fitted with a concept 6 system, and pressed the panic button to see what would happen. I can't seem to re-set the system, is this something the user can do, or do I need an engineer? Many thanks in advance. May 11, 200620 yr comment_98676 No problem . There is a user guide in the gallery , under Control Panels , if you need it. The Concept 6 is an old system , if you have no proof that it has been serviced , now may be the time to find a local engineer to look after it for you. Regards. I don't suppose it's been maintained for years - if anyone wants to quote for the maintenance the location is Altrincham, Cheshire.
