Hi,

I have a Veritas R8 that was installed 3 years ago and has worked fine. Recently however, the unset LED keeps flashing. Therefore we cannot set the alarm.

Any thoughts on what the problem may be would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ,

This normally indicates a mains supply failure , have the mains supply to the panel (larger box containing battery etc.) checked , this should come from an unswitched spur close to the main panel. :D
