Hi

We have a veritas 8c but no manual. We have 4 sensors in total, 3 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Is it possible to set the downstairs ones only? When we press "part" zones 5,6,7 & 8 flash red - does this mean anything?

If anyone can help us it would be much appreciated!

Dont worry about the flashing red LEDS when you part set your system

this means that zones 5, 6, 7 and 8 are omitted zone 5 is probaly the PIR upstairs If you e-mail me I will send you a User Guide but if you cant sort it call a local alarm company and get them to service it. It will of course be an additional cost to you but in the long run its worth it
