High guys! does any one have contact info for GSM MOBILE equipment for transmission of cctv on dial in or alarm dial out not for constant video streaming but video confirmation of a remote site with no other means of comms, up to only 4 frames per sec refresh is acceptable must get info from monday so would appreciate info from anyone who has dealt with this topic cheers in advance,Paul.

Have a look at vista smartdisk from norbain LINK

Ive used this kit with a nokia 30 gsm terminal on orange using HSCSD

but at best you will only get 1-2 frames/sec on gsm

cheers mate will contact norbain tomorrow

i would go GPRS/EDGE route. HSCSD can support upstream of 28,8kbps as far as i remember. PLUS it is quite expensive but ofcourse if it is not constant flow of data it doesn't matter too much.
