Hi,

Can anyone help? We have a Veritas 8 alarm fitted in our house. I was working on the door bell the other day and turned the fuse off at the box. When I turned it back on again, all the lights came on on the alarm panel and none of the buttons work! Can anyone help?

You are probably in this situation because the battery back-up is exhausted.

If you feel able to do so, you could just try replacing the battery, but beware, in doing so you could default the panel and some circuuits may not work as intended at the time of installation.

The correct thing to do would be to get an engineer to service the alarm.
