can anyone help the tamper light on my system is permantley on, when i turne power off and back on alarm sounds but when i have put in my code in alarm stops sounding but then tamper light comes back on then i cannot do anything else

You have a fault on one of the pirs the door contacts or even the panel lid. Clear the fault and it will go off.

How did the fault appear? Had any work done in your house recently?

Also how old is the battery in the control panel?

fault just appeared had no work done

battery is new replaced that first

I would check the tamper swicth on the panel next then,

hold it in with your fingers and see if the fault clears.
